Game is Great; Customer Service not so much

When I installed the last update, the game crashed. Developers admitted this was a rare glitch, but have done NOTHING to restore any of my coins, keys, characters, or boards. I backup often and that didnt even work. Ive had/played this game for 3+years and lost it all. They are not helpful, not cooperative - BEWARE!
