Theres Just ONE Problem

Ive been playing Subway Surfers since 2013. I still thoroughly enjoy the game, theres just an issue that I still cant believe is going on. Whenever you upgrade your phone, you lose ALL of your characters, boards, coins, trophies, etc. Even though its linked through Facebook??? There has to be some way to keep all of that stuff when youre changing phones/operating systems. Please fix this soon.
