Just Got New Phone All Progress Lost

I have played and enjoyed hours upon hours of this game unlocking almost all of the characters and boards. And have completed many missions just to find out that none of that progress gets saved or synced. In my case, if you get a new phone your progress will not be synced. Or if you uninstall the app and reinstall it on the same phone your progress will not be saved. To keep in mind, your progress will not save even if you are connected via Facebook or Game Center. Your game definitely deserves a 5/5 but because of this Im giving it 2/5. Please fix this or your game will just have been a big waste of my time.
